E.R. Bacon Development, a real estate development and consulting firm, focuses on urban infill and mixed-use development. Bacon Development is skilled with managing the involvement of social and community uses into new construction. Ms. Bacon was the first President and CEO of The National Capital Revitalization Corporation. In cooperation with the DC Department of Planning, the community and consultants, NCRC prepared the Southwest Waterfront Plan. Bacon Development’s involvement with the District and success in large scale mixed-use developments is a great resource as part of the 733 10th Street development team.
